Dr. Meenakshi Nayar- Chairperson
Dr. Meenakshi Nayar is an Independent and Non-Executive Director on the Board of the Company. She holds Master degree in Psychology from M S University, Vadodara and FPM(Ph.D.) from IIM Ahmedabad in Organizational Behaviour. She is Founder of ETASHA Society, a not-for-profit organization that provides market-oriented employability and vocational skills to disadvantaged Indian youth. She has worked for more than two decades in Human Resource Management and Development in the corporate sector, involving training and development of ‘grownups. She is Founder of EduServe Consultants working with Adolescents in schools in the areas of Sexuality Education, Career Guidance, and Life Skills Development.
In addition to DCM Nouvelle Limited, Dr. Meenakshi Nayar does not hold directorship in any other Body Corporates.
Mr. Hemant Bharat Ram- Managing Director
Mr. Hemant Bharat Ram hails from the pioneer industrialist family of Lala Shri Ram, Dr. Bharat Ram and Dr. Vinay Bharat Ram of DCM Group. Educated at the Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh PA, USA, he holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. He started his career with DCM Data Product (Now DCM Data Systems) in 1991 and was later appointed as Executive Director of the IT Division of DCM (DCM Data Systems and DCM Technologies Ltd). After successfully turning around the IT Division, he was appointed as Vice Chairman of DCM Engineering Ltd, Ropar who made record profit under his leadership. He is past President of Manufacturers’ Association of Information Technology (MAIT), and Ex- member of National Council of Confederation of Indian Industries (CII). Presently, he is a Member of Association of Computing Machinery (ACM), USA and Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers (IEEE), USA and Director at Confederation of Indian Textile Industry (CITI). He is President of Shri Ram Centre for Performing Arts.

Dr. Vinay Bharat Ram- Whole Time Director
Dr. Vinay Bharat Ram, Whole Time Director hails from the family of pioneer industrialist Lala Shri Ram, educated at the Universities of Delhi, Michigan (Ann Arbor) and Harvard, holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Delhi. Taught at IIM-Ahmedabad, IIT-Delhi and FMS, University of Delhi.
Has authored numerous papers in Indian and foreign journals. His books titled ’Import Substitution, Exchange Rates & Economic Development’ and ’The Theory of The Global Firm’ have been published by Oxford University Press. Professor Amartya Sen, Noble laureate in Economics has called the latter ’an imaginative book with a bearing on pure theory as well as real world’.
Dr. Vinay Bharat Ram is a Vice President of Governing Council of Shri Ram Centre for Industrial Relations & Human Resources and Shri Ram Centre for Performing Arts. He has been working as a Past President of The Harvard Club of Delhi and Manufacturers’ Association of Information Technology. Ex-member of International Council of the Asia Society, New York, U.S.A. He has been the Past President of Northern India Textile Mills Association.
Dr. Vinay Bharat Ram has been honoured with the National Citizen’s Award for Entrepreneurship in 1990 from the Prime Minister of India. Also received National Excellence Award for Art & Culture for 1996-97 from T. P. Jhunjhunwala Foundation.

Mr. Rakesh Goel- Non-Executive Director
Mr. Rakesh Goel serves on the Board of Directors of the Company as Non-Executive-Non-Independent Director. He is MBA from Punjab Agricultural University and has served various organizations at top management level in a span of 4 decades of his career. He served at HAFED for 10 years before joining DCM Group in 1990 and has been working at various positions across textile business. He has well rounded experience with multiple functions exposure (purchasing, marketing, plant operations & projects implementation among others. He has end to end experience of all textile operations.

Mr. Jitendra Tuli-Non-Executive Director
Mr. Jitendra Tuli serves on the Board of Directors of the Company as Non-Executive Director Non- Independent Director. Mr. Jitendra Tuli served as the Chairman of DCM Ltd. from December 20, 2011 to January 29, 2016 and served as its Managing Director from December 20, 2012 to January 29, 2016. Mr. Tuli is an Editorial and Communications Consultant at World Health Organization and served as its Public Information Officer for 19 years until 1996. He joined IBM as a Communication Officer in 1971. He started his career in Journalism with Hindustan Times in 1964. He served as the first English Newscaster from Delhi Doordarshan in December 1971. He is deeply involved in the work for the less privileged ones as the trustee of Amarjyoti Charitable Trust and as founder member of Cancer -Sahyog. He is a founder member of Cancer Sahyog. Mr. Tuli served as a Director of DCM Ltd. from December 27, 2006 to January 29, 2016. Mr. Tuli holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Shriram College of Commerce. Mr. Tuli obtained his Post Graduate Diploma from London School of Journalism and attended the School of Public Relations and Communications at Boston University, USA.

Mr. Kulbir Singh- Non-Executive Independent Director
Mr. Kulbir Singh serves on the Board of Directors of the Company as an Independent and Non-Executive Director. Mr. Singh attended The Doon School in Dehradun, India, and Honours degree in Economics from St. Joseph’s College in North Point, Darjeeling. In early 1967, he joined Grindlays Bank. He worked for Grindlays Bank, a century-old British institution, for nearly 30 years.
Mr. Kulbir Singh spent one-third of his time in London, Hong Kong, and Dubai. Between 2001 and 2003, he served as an advisor to Rothschild Bank AG for India and the Middle East, and for five years to Monument Capital Group LLC, a Washington, DC-based private equity firm focusing on homeland security.
Mr. Kulbir Singh has also served on the boards of public and private companies ranging from chemicals/petrochemicals to information technology. He has a mix of leadership and advisory experience, with a focus on business strategy, financial management, and compliance, all while maintaining the highest level of integrity.

Mr. Vivek Chhachhi- Non-Executive Independent Director
Mr. Vivek Chhachhi serves on the Board of Directors of the Company as an Independent and Non-Executive Director. Mr. Chhachhi earned a Master’s degree in Management Studies from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, University of Mumbai and a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University.
Mr. Vivek Chhachhi had two years of experience as an equity research analyst at a Citi-affiliated brokerage firm, Citicorp Securities & Investments Limited. Mr. Chhachhi was a Director with CVCI, where he had about 15 years of investing experience. Mr. Chhachhi worked with CVCI to identify, manage, and exit a large number of companies in a variety of industries, including IT, pharmaceutical and specialty chemicals, IT enabled services, financial services, auto, metals and mining, infrastructure, oil and gas services, media, and textiles.

Mr. Rajinder Khanna- Non-Executive Independent Director
Mr. Rajinder Khanna serves on the Board of Directors of the Company as an Independent and Non-Executive Director. Mr. Rajinder Khanna is a distinguished Civil Servant with 46 years of experience in the Government of India, serving in various key roles in National Security and intelligence. Starting his career as an IPS officer in Orissa, he gained recognition for his leadership as Superintendent of Police. He also served in the National Security Council Secretariat He was appointed as Additional NSA reflecting his deep expertise in strategic and security affairs.

Mr. Deepak Sood- Non-Executive Independent Director
Mr. Deepak Sood serves on the Board of Directors of the Company as an Independent and Non-Executive Director. Mr. Deepak Sood has abundance of experience in corporate and public relations, industrials, heavy engineering, process industry, power generation, and infrastructure, among many others. He has comprehensive experience working closely with industry veterans, policymakers, regulators, think-tanks, Central and State Governments that has helped facilitate insight-oriented policy changes at the Central and State level. He is adept at managing large teams and clients across geographies and industries, with a deep understanding of multiple cultures. He has worked as Executive Director of Confederation of Indian Industry, Secretary General of ASSOCHAM, as CEO of CII.
